They could be inhabited by giants that could be completely human, anthro, or tauric and mythical creatures maybe even prehistoric, if this is the case, animals will be giant as well. The island could be inhabited by miniture begins that could be human, anthro, or mythical. It can even have normal sized people that give human offerings to giants or trying to survive an island with giants. Whatever you want to try out. I'll give you the option when it comes to making that descision.
